Reservations can be made by phone or online. We require a valid credit card to hold the reservation. The credit card will be charged a deposit at the time of booking, which is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be charged the full amount of the reservation. We reserve the right to charge a fee for any changes made to the reservation.
Lumozi is not responsible for any delays, injuries, or damages incurred during transportation. We are not liable for any lost or stolen items. Clients are responsible for their own personal property. Lumozi is not liable for any missed flights, appointments, or events.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Texas.
Lumozi reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the client to review these terms and conditions periodically.
