At Lumozi, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your reservation, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows.
For cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time, there is no cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, a cancellation fee equal to the full fare will be charged.
For cancellations made more than 4 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time, there is no cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, a cancellation fee equal to the full fare will be charged.
For cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled event, there is no cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled event, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost will be charged.
